1. Independent Service Provider – No Government Affiliation
We are a private third-party company that assists travelers with preparing and submitting applications for the South Korea K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization).
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Government of South Korea, the Ministry of Justice, Korea Immigration Service, or any other government entity.

2. Service Description, Value-Added Features, and Pricing
Our services include:
Application preparation and submission assistance

Secure submission of your application on your behalf to the official South Korean K-ETA system
Total Price: $59 USD
This price includes:
Government fee (approx. $7 USD depending on nationality): Paid directly to the Government of South Korea on your behalf
Service fee (the remaining balance): For our assistance and processing services
Note: The total price charged to your card is fixed at $59 USD, regardless of exchange rate changes or updates to the government fee.
By submitting your application and payment, you agree to this pricing structure and waive disputes based on price comparisons with the official site.
💳 If paying through a P2P processor (e.g., for Russian-issued cards), the final price may vary due to exchange rates and processor fees.
3. No Guarantee of Approval
We do not and cannot guarantee that your application will be approved by South Korean authorities.
Approval or rejection is entirely at the discretion of the Government of South Korea.
We accept no liability for rejections, delays, or cancellations imposed by immigration authorities.
4. User Obligations and Accuracy
You must ensure that all the information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
While we offer a manual pre-check for errors, we cannot guarantee that all mistakes will be caught.
⚠️ Once your application is submitted, it cannot be edited, and no refunds will be issued for user errors.
It is your responsibility to check whether your nationality is eligible for the K-ETA.

5. Payments and Refund Policy
Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments or other authorized payment gateways.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once your application has entered processing.
Refunds will not be issued due to:
Errors in the submitted application
Government rejection or delay
Change of travel plans
Misunderstanding of our services or assuming we are affiliated with the government
5a. Payment Page and Application Status
After submitting your form:
The application number displayed may be static for technical reasons
The status may remain “Payment Pending” even after successful payment
This is normal and does not affect processing.
We begin processing your K-ETA once payment is confirmed.

18. Official South Korean Government Disclaimers
